    CNC Operator

    ROLE PURPOSE

    • Programming, setting up and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machining.
    • Measure and verify all calculations prior to setting up the machinery. 
    • Enter all relevant codes to specify the feed, speed, and cut of any toolpath for a CNC.
    • Reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, drawings and work instructions.
    • Loading and unloading workpieces and CNC production equipment.
    • Monitoring machining operations and performing quality control checks.
    • Following safety requirements and maintaining certifications.
    • Complete routine maintenance of their machinery.
    • Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
    • Shift work. 

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS 

    Skills 

    • Ability to translate mechanical documents and engineering drawings. 
    • Great attention to detail with a goal-driven attitude. 
    • Strong comprehension and analytical abilities. 
    • Good computer and mathematical skills. 
    • Understanding of Fanuc controls  
    • Experience on Vertical CNC lathes will be advantageous 

    Qualifications 

    • Certificate or diploma in engineering is an advantage. 
    • 3 years’ experience as a CNC Machine Operator. 
    • Relevant trade qualification required 
    • Microsoft Office Intermediate 
    • Valid driver’s license

    Key Competencies & requirements:

    • 3 to 5 Years experience in Financial management
    • BCom Degree in Accounting - COMPULSORY
    • Membership at SAIPA or SAICA 
    • Syspro experience will be an added advantage
    • Established proficiency in MS Office with emphasis on Excel 
    • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
    • Availability to work extended hours as per operational requirements
    • Passionate about getting things done right, first time & every time
    • Ability to work efficiently, on own or as part of a team, in a highly pressurized environment
    • Excellent sense of urgency, sound business and financial acumen
    • Costing experience will be an added advantage

    Multimedia Designer

    What you’ll do:

    • Create 3D animations and renderings in Blender for product visualizations and technical explainers
    • Develop motion graphics and 2D animation in After Effects for brand videos, explainer content, and presentations
    • Edit compelling video content using Premiere Pro — including sales videos, pitch decks, and on-site footage
    • Design high-impact visuals using the Adobe Creative Suite for digital and print applications
    • Assist with filming, lighting, and basic video production (camera operation a big plus)
    • Produce clean, clear presentations that communicate complex ideas with impact
    • Collaborate with engineers, sales teams, and creatives to build cohesive multimedia campaigns

    What we’re looking for:

    Strategic Sourcing Specialist

    Job Description:

    • Responsible for the sign-off procedure on all new components/products: 
    • Supplier to be onboarded and necessary SLA’s and NDA’s are in place. 
    • Best Price vs MOQ vs Service/Quality vs Supplier agreement be reached 
    • Parts are adequately signed-off (price, supplier, lead time, drawing sign-off) before releasing into production. 
    • Work closely with planners to ensure initial stock holding for new products are implemented before launch. 
    • Work closely with Quality department to ensure suppliers meet required quality and are continually improving. 
    • Continuously re-evaluate current suppliers and supplied goods to ensure a continuous improvement process are followed on current supply chain and supplied goods. 
    • Keep a database of savings generated and quality/supplier improvements achieved. 
    • Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to drive process improvements, reduce costs, and leverage supplier relationships. 
    • Manage supplier quality and service performance, cost savings, and continuous improvement initiatives. 
    • Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities. 
    • Negotiate favorable payment terms, pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and lot sizes with suppliers. 
    • Create and manage supplier contracts, including service level agreements (SLAs) and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). 
    • Any other reasonable request or procedure implemented by management

    Minimum requirements: 

    Education:

    • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as supply chain management, business administration, finance, or procurement. 

    Experience:

    • At least 5 to 7 years of experience in procurement or a closely related field. This experience should include a proven track record of successful sourcing and contract negotiations.
