    Engineering Project Manager

    About the role

    • The purpose of this role is to oversee all engineering project activities at the site, ensuring efficient delivery of the capital investment plan, development of capital masterplans, compliance with preferred supplier lists and engineering standards, and robust governance of capital projects. This includes stratedgic leadership, risk management, fostering a safety-conscious culture, and close collaboration with factories for seamless execution of capital plans. The role is pivotal in aligning project success criteria and industrial execution, ensuring solutions meet or exceed requirements.

    Your responsibilities
    Strategic Leadership

    • Develop and execute the engineering departments's strategic capital plan aligned with the company goals.
    • Provide leadership support to the site engineering team, fostering high performance and a collaborative culture.
    • Drive engineering excellence through best practices, standards and continous improvement.

    Capital Planning and Execution

    • Build and manage the capital plan in collaboration with site directors and stakeholders.
    • Ensure accurate portfolio execution planning, financial forecasting, and timely reporting.
    • Establish and maintain effective capital project management systems from idea generation to post-investment review.
    • Conduct thorough project reviews to minimize execution risks and implement risk reduction strategies.

    Compliance and Standards

    • Lead implementation and normalisation of global engineering standards, technologies and methadologies.
    • Ensure readiness of engineering documentation for regulatory audits.
    • Maintain adherence to quality mangement systems and relevant engineering regulations.

    Project Delivery

    • Oversee procurement of engineering capital equipment
    • Ensure successful FAT, SAT, commissioning, and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) of facilities and equipment
    • Drive vertical start-up of new assets and monitor KPI's related to capital projects 

    Governance and Reporting

    • Ensure capital project governance and compliance with financial requirements.
    • Facilitate reporting for regional updates, Capital Commitee and other requirements
    • Attend project and factory steering committees

    People Development

    • Mentor and develop site engineering teams to build a strong talent pipeline
    • Provide training on Capital Project Policy and Capex Playbook
    • Foster a culture of safety, collaboration and continous improvement

    Stakeholder Engagement

    • Collaborate with various stakeholders and align priorities, resources and timelines with the broader suplly chain initiatives.

    The experience we're looking for

    • Bachelor's degree in and Engineering Discipline or related field
    • Minimum 7 year's experience in engineering with 3+ years experience in engineering leadership within the Consumer Packaging / FMCG industry.
    • Proven track record of successfully implementing engineering capital investment programs
    • Demonstarated experience in delivery of Vertical startup
    • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and industry best practices
    • Experience working in a multinational environment would be advantageous
    • FMCG operational management experience would be advantageous

    Demand Planner (Maternity Cover)

    About the role

    • As a Demand Planner at Reckitt, you play a role in ensuring product availability while balancing customer service and inventory management. You are responsible for creating and maintaining accurate SKU-level demand forecasts that guide production planning, purchasing decisions, and third‑party sourcing.
    • The role supports business decision‑making by providing forward-looking sales and volume forecasts through the S&OP process and contributing to quarterly business forecasts with Finance. You work closely with commercial and marketing teams to capture promotional activity accurately in forecasts, ensuring alignment across the organisation. Overall, the role is central to delivering sales targets and enabling an efficient, responsive supply chain
    • Please note this role is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.

    Your responsibilities

    • Lead end-to-end demand forecasting by integrating sales data, promotions, trends, and seasonality to deliver accurate, unbiased forecasts.
    • Reconcile and analyze Stock on Hand (SOH), In-Market Sales (IMS), and shipments monthly to identify variances, risks, and corrective actions.
    • Drive the IBP process by leading cross‑functional meetings, challenging assumptions using forecast accuracy metrics, and highlighting supply risks and opportunities.
    • Translate IMS forecasts into shipment and replenishment plans to meet service level targets while controlling inventory and minimizing waste.
    • Collaborate closely with commercial teams, supply points, and Finance to align forecasts, production plans, and business targets

    The experience we're looking for

    • Relevant university degree in Supply Chain ,Procurement or related fields with strong FMCG supply chain experience across demand & supply planning, inventory management, logistics, and S&OP.
    • Analytical, fact‑based decision‑making skills with proficiency in Rapid Response, SAP Turbo, MS Office, and advanced Excel.
    • Customer‑centric, service‑oriented mindset with a solid understanding of complex supply chain dynamics
    • Proven ability to work independently, challenge assumptions, drive continuous improvement, and act as a catalyst for change.
    • Strong collaborator and influencer within cross‑functional teams, with high motivation, execution focus, and strong English proficiency.
