    Field Operations Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    Go To Market Execution:

    • Oversee the deployment and management of FAOs who engage FMCG retailers to drive digital adoption of our app.
    • Strategically deploy and realign FAO resources based on the evolving customer acquisition and expansion strategy.
    • Ensure that FAOs are optimally placed to target high-potential markets and customer segments, adjusting deployment in response to market feedback and performance data.
    • Continuously evaluate market opportunities and redeploy FAO resources to capitalize on new growth areas.

    Productivity Optimization:

    • Utilize the RedTAG application to monitor and enhance the daily productivity of FAOs, capturing real-time insights and market intelligence.
    • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes for FAOs.
    • Leverage real-time insights and market intelligence captured through RedTAG to inform strategic decisions and adapt GTM strategies.
    • Provide regular feedback to product and marketing teams to ensure the app and associated services meet market needs.

    Performance Management:

    • Develop and manage a Relative Scorecard system to drive performance management and incentives for FAOs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
    • Regularly assess and adjust performance metrics to reflect changing market conditions and company priorities.

    P&L Management & Cost Optimization:

    • Manage the FAO structure like a P&L, being responsible for budgeting, cost management, and resource allocation.
    • Optimize the deployment and realignment of FAOs based on customer acquisition and expansion strategy, ensuring cost-effective operations.
    • Analyze the financial impact of FAO deployment decisions and adjust strategies to maximize ROI while minimizing costs.

    Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, to ensure alignment with GTM strategy and execution.
    • Engage with regional leadership to understand market-specific challenges and tailor strategies accordingly.

    Requirements:

    • At least 6-8 years of experience in Go-To-Market strategy, sales management, or field operations, preferably in the FMCG or e-commerce sectors.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred
    • Extensive experience working in or managing teams in emerging markets, particularly in Africa 
    • Proven track record of driving successful adoption of digital products or managing Market activation and engagement strategies.
    • Experience in P&L management, budgeting, and cost optimization within a large-scale field operations context.
    • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on improving productivity, performance tracking, and cost control.
    • Proficiency in using data and analytics tools (SFAs and CRMs) to monitor productivity, manage costs, and drive operational efficiency.
    • Strong understanding of emerging market dynamics, particularly in the FMCG sector.
    • Results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and driving business growth.

    Head of Strategic Field Ops

    Responsibilities:

    • GTM Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement a global field ops strategy for emerging markets, managing FAO deployment and realignment based on customer acquisition and market feedback.

    Account Manager

    What you will be doing

    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
    • Acting as a link between Product Engineering and Pre-Sales Teams to ensure accurate and timely resolution of technical issues that may arise during the pre-sales process.
    • Assist in the recruitment, assessment, and general management of the Field Activation Officers in assigned territory.
    • Provide Sales Support and/or Professional Services for implementation
    • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.

    Responsibilities:

    • B2B Marketplace & KPI Management: Drive decisions on inventory, growth, pricing, and promotions by defining and managing KPIs to align with business goals.

    Group Finance Manager

    What you will be doing

    • Prepare and manage month end, including balance sheets, P&L’s, and cash flow statements.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and group policies.
    • Review key unreconciled business processes/ balance sheet variances and implement best practice controls to ensure future accuracy.
    • Implement best practice financial control and operating policy on new business process
    • Manage group wide balance sheet reconciliations and mentor 3 finance managers on ensuring balance sheet reconciliations are maintained.
    • Implement and maintain financial processes and controls.
    • Provide technical accounting guidance and support to group companies.
    • Coordinate with external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.

    What you need to have

    • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
    • Experience in group accounting, financial reporting, and audit
    • Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical skills
    • Excellent communication and project management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational environment.
    • Strong knowledge of IFRS and experience in preparing consolidated financial statements.
    • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in using financial software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
    • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing a finance team
