    Social Content Editor (Gauteng)

    • As a Social Content Editor, you’ll be responsible for editing and occasionally capturing short-form, social-first content that connects with audiences through authenticity, relatability, and creativity. You’ll have a sharp eye for pacing, rhythm, and storytelling—knowing instinctively what works on today’s social platforms.
    • While your primary focus will be on editing engaging content for feeds, reels, and stories, you’ll also have the confidence to get behind the camera when needed, capturing raw, social-native footage that feels real, unfiltered, and platform-appropriate.
    • This role sits at the intersection of creativity and culture—perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media and knows how to make content that people actually want to watch, share, and talk about.

    Responsibilities

    • Edit short-form, social-first video content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
    • Capture basic, behind-the-camera social content as needed (handheld, mobile, or lightweight setups).
    • Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and animators to craft culturally relevant, trend-aware content.
    • Source and assemble footage, sound, and graphics into fast-paced, engaging social edits.
    • Cut and adapt existing material into platform-specific formats and lengths.

    • Skilled in editing fast-turnaround, culturally relevant content for social feeds.
    • Ability to shoot short-form, social-style content with a smartphone or compact camera.

    The Role

    • As Digital Designer, you’ll craft visually compelling and platform-appropriate designs that resonate across social and digital touchpoints. You’ll combine conceptual thinking with hands-on design execution, creating impactful roll-out assets, banner adaptations, and eye-catching social material that amplifies brand stories across formats.
    • This role demands a designer with a keen eye for detail, a strong grasp of digital formats, and the ability to turn creative concepts into polished, scroll-stopping visual experiences.

You’ll ensure smooth workflow across teams, manage resources and timelines, and uphold the highest operational standards to deliver outstanding creative work—fast, efficiently, and collaboratively.
    • This mid-level role requires an agile multitasker who thrives under pressure, loves orchestrating people and projects, and understands the nuances of working across global teams and time zones.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and oversee the South African Dobbino team (2x Senior Creatives, 1x Editor, 1x Animator, 1x Digital Designer).
    • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and priorities between SA and Atlanta-based stakeholders.
    • Maintain clear communication across teams—bridging time zones, languages, and work styles.
    • Track and report project progress, resource allocation, and deadlines.
    • Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve operational challenges.
    • Collaborate closely with the Atlanta Operations and Client Directors to ensure all projects run on time and on brief.
    • Champion process efficiency, operational excellence, and team morale.
    • Support the onboarding, scheduling, and workload management of team members.

    Requirements

    • Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to evolving priorities.
