    Accounts Assistant – Cashier

    Required Skills and Competencies

    Education and Experience:

    Education:

    • Candidates must have a National Diploma in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field with five (5) years of relevant work experience in finance, accounting or treasury within public sector institutions or similar organizations nationally, regionally, and/or internationally.

    Experience:

    • Relevant experience in handling and managing a cash office.
    • Practical experience in Foreign Currency management.
    • Experience in travel and mission plan management.
    • Experience in travel advances.
    •  Experience in managing cash.
    • Advanced knowledge in SAP or similar ERP and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel is required.

    Senior Progamme Officer Regulatory Information Management Systems (RIMS)

    Required Skills and Competencies

    • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of medical products regulatory information systems development, roll out and maintenance.
    • An understanding of business processes for regulatory authorities for medicinal products and harmonization initiatives, project management, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation.

    • Ability to work under minimal supervision, be proactive, take initiative and with sound judgment.,

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in the above fields plus ten (10) years of work experience in regulatory data management and associated business processes, and developing and managing IT systems to address business needs, within public sector institutions or similar organizations nationally, regionally and/or internationally.
