    Customer Development Manager Exports

    About the job

    • As a Channel Development Lead, you will be responsible for managing the overall channel strategy for defining the long and short-term growth opportunities, incorporating category and promotional strategy, and sales priorities to secure Danone’s KPI delivery in your channel.
    • You will closely cooperate with the Marketing Team to reflect brands' strategies in Channel Sales Strategy and with the Sales Team to reflect the channels needs in Channel Sales Strategy.
    • You will competitively influence category and brand availability, visibility, and shopper engagement through establishing strategic credentials, highlighting growth opportunities and risks, and execution of fact-based and customized growth initiatives for the channel.

    KEY REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB

    Qualification(s)

    • Relevant suitable Degree

    Experience and Skills

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing / Category Management
    • Role needs strong acumen to develop analysis, diagnosis, fact-based recommendations, strategy and make decisions across a variety of commercial functions
    • A comprehensive skill set is required across category management, key accounts, brand and shopper marketing.

    Head of Key Accounts – Modern Trade

    About the job

    • Manages a Key Account Team and ensures all plans are in line with Category Growth Stories & Danone’s Strategy. Sells the plan across multiple levels of the Customer’s organization, negotiates major contracts/deals with the Customer and manages Danone resources to ensure excellent execution ensures execution.

    KEY REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB

    Qualification(s)

    • 3-year suitable degree

    Experience

    • Strong sales management background with a proven track record in growing market share and meeting and exceeding sales targets
    • Previous experience in Commercial Accounts Management
    • Demonstrated examples of leading and sustaining high performing teams
