• Listing / Marketing and Renting properties
• Management of properties
• Placing tenants
• Completing lease agreements and mandates
• Doing credit checks
• Inspections reports
• Handling queries

Key Competencies

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong administrative, negotiation and communication skills

Education & Experience

• Matric certificate
• Knowledge of the real estate industry would be an advantage
