    Parts Salesperson: Construction and Forestry (Tzaneen)

    Description

    • Provide over-the-counter sales and administration support of parts stock

    Requirements

    REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING    

    • Grade 12

    REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE            

    • 1-year parts sales and administration experience
    • Parts sales and administration experience in the agricultural environment will be an advantage

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS         

    • Ensure stable availability of stock by ordering stock in line with branch procedure
    • Conduct regular stock counting and stocktaking
    • Responsible for stock control and stock rotation of old stock and new stock
    • Build and maintain good relationships with internal and external clients
    • Identify and timeously resolve customer queries and complaints
    • Ensure accurate cash balancing, timeous processing of account payments and collect payments by accepting cash, credit cards, etc.
    • Process sales and returns in accordance with the established procedures
    • Ensure compliance with risk and safety legislation requirements

    Junior Regional Finance Officer (X2) (Centurion)

    Description

    • The candidates will undergo in-house training on a 12-month contract for our silo visit programs, internal audit, processes and procedures, and systems. The goal is to prepare the candidate for appointment as a Regional Compliance Officer when an opening becomes available.

    Requirements

    Minimum Requirements

    • Completed SAICA Articles or a portion of the required SAICA Articles (SAIPA Articles can also be considered)
    • BCom Accounting degree or currently studying towards a BCom Accounting degree (late 2nd year to 3rd year of studies)
    • BCom Financial Management can also be considered
    • No prior work experience required

    Key Performance Areas

    Financial Management:

    • Manage Non-SAP and Sundry stock bi-weekly counts
    • Oversee the Biometrics platform for accurate overtime and leave reporting
    • Compile and analyse site budgets and costs
    • Reconcile cash control and resolve outstanding items
    • Review vehicle fleet and related issues
    • Ensure accurate capturing of credit notes
    • Prepare inter-site allocations and follow up on exception reports

    Risk Management and Compliance:

    • Identify and report administration and financial risks
    • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
    • Conduct internal site audits and follow up on findings
    • Assist sites in resolving audit findings and implementing preventative measures
    • Prepare regions for internal audits and review audit programs

    Management Reporting and Ad Hoc Tasks:

    • Compile reports and information as requested by management
    • Complete ad hoc tasks as needed

    Quality Controller (Ermelo)

    Description

    • To execute quality controller of incoming raw materials, final product, and in-process samples and to capture and record analytical data and report all non-confirming results.

    Requirements

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science.
    • 1-year experience in a Milling / Manufacturing environment 

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

    • Perform laboratory analysis/tests on raw materials and final products.
    • Maintain sample identification and storage.
    • Perform HACCP and in-process sample analysis.
    • Maintain and capture laboratory analytical data (NIR, Wet Chem & Microbial).
