    Channel Operations Rep - Gauteng

    Position Overview :

    • As a Channel Operations Representative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our channel partners and ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
    • You will be responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with our channel partners, providing them with the necessary support, and facilitating effective communication between internal teams and external partners.
    • This role requires a strong blend of relationship-building skills, operational efficiency, and attention to detail.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Retail Partner Support : Act as the primary point of contact for our channel partners, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely assistance to ensure a positive partner experience..
    • Store level Inventory/Stock Management : Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure adequate stock availability for channel partners.
    • Store Sales Support : Collaborate with the sales team to support channel partner activities, including providing sales materials, proof of execution reports, and tracking sales performance.
    • Retail Training  : Assist in the onboarding and training of new channel partners, providing them with the necessary resources and guidance to effectively represent our products and services.
    • Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyse channel performance metrics and provide regular reports to management, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate and improve channel operations processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Relationship Management : Cultivate strong relationships with channel partners, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs within the organisation.
    • Retail Merchandising: Execution of all marketing enforcement within retail outlets and management of day-to-day merchandising 

    Requirements :

    • Matric Certificate is compulsory. 
    • Relevant Qualifications will be advantageous . 
    • Minimum 3-5 years Proven experience in channel management, operations, or sales support roles.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Must be able to facilitate Training and work with large groups . 
    • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
    • Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of Technology and channel management best practices is preferred.

    iSchoolAfrica - Coding and Robotics Programme Co-ordinator & Facilitator

    Role Purpose

    • We are looking for a dynamic Coding and Robotics Programme Co-ordinator & Facilitator to lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of iSchoolAfrica and iStore Education’s coding and robotics programmes.
    • This exciting dual role blends project management with hands-on facilitation in schools, working closely with teachers and learners to inspire the next generation of innovators.

    Key Responsibilities

    Programme & Curriculum Development

    • Design and deliver innovative, structured coding and robotics programmes.
    • Integrate Apple technologies, coding languages (Swift, Scratch, Python), and robotics kits (e.g., Sphero).
    • Ensure programmes are impactful, scalable, and financially sustainable.

    Innovation & Quality Assurance

    • Research, test, and introduce emerging coding platforms and robotics kits.
    • Evaluate and improve curriculum effectiveness based on outcomes.
    • Promote inclusivity and accessibility for diverse learning needs.
    • Localise global Apple Education initiatives such as Swift Playgrounds and Everyone Can Code.

    Programme Coordination

    • Plan, schedule, and oversee coding and robotics workshops across schools nationally.
    • Liaise with educators, school leaders, and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
    • Track progress, report on KPIs, and manage resources, equipment, and logistics.

    Facilitation & Training

    • Deliver engaging coding and robotics sessions for both teachers and learners.
    • Train and support educators in the effective use of Apple technologies and coding tools.
    • Inspire learners to think critically, problem-solve, and collaborate through project-based learning.
    • Support additional iSchoolAfrica programmes when required.

    Requirements

    Education & Experience

    • Relevant tertiary qualification in Education, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in facilitation, teaching, or training (coding/robotics/ICT).
    • Strong track record in delivering workshops, training, or classroom sessions.
    • Familiarity with Apple devices, apps, and the Apple education ecosystem.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Solid knowledge of coding concepts and robotics platforms.
    • Strong facilitation, communication, and classroom management skills.
    • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
    • Passion for education, technology, and social impact.
    • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel nationally.
    • Practical coding knowledge (Swift, Python, Scratch or similar).

    • An experienced and performance-driven Tactical Campaign Manager to design and execute targeted digital campaigns aimed at driving engagement, retention, conversions, and revenue growth of our existing customer base, whilst enhancing the overall customer experience with our brand.
    • This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and data — someone who knows how to translate customer insights and business goals into high-impact digital campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app messaging, push notifications, and more.
    • You’ll collaborate closely with our creative, data and product teams to drive results across the customer lifecycle.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, build, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement, retention, and revenue uplift.
    • Own the tactical planning and execution of campaigns across Email, SMS,
    • WhatsApp, push notifications, and other owned digital channels.
    • Partner with content, design, and product marketing teams to ensure message consistency and relevance.

    Requirements

    • 4–6+ years in CRM, lifecycle, or digital campaign management – ideally in a B2C business.
    • Strong experience managing multi-channel campaigns – especially Email, SMS, and WhatsApp. Experience with an App would be an advantage.
    • Proficient in CRM or marketing automation platforms.
    • Solid analytical skills and experience working with data tools.
    • Demonstrated success in retention and upsell campaigns.
    • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and execution timelines.
    • Good communicator, with an ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
    • A test-and-learn mindset with a bias for action.
    • Graphic design and copywriting skills / experience would be an advantage.
