• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF 4 qualifications
• Supply Chain / Statistics related Diploma / Degree
• 2-3 years’ experience in Supply Chain

• Independent judgment, initiative, and interpersonal communication skills are required

 Responsibilities

• Supply Chain Master Data Maintenance and Governance.
• BBBEE, Enterprise & Supplier Development compliance governance.
• Assist Procurement with strategic sourcing from time to time.
• Tender Administration and Secretarial duties.
• Inventory analysis and reporting.
• Minute taking.
• Report and maintain KPI Dashboards.
• Processing of Inventory Adjustments.
• Maintain and Develop Models.
• Supply Chain Internal Process Control – Audits
• Participate and assist with Stock Takes.
• Must be able to work independently and operate at a departmental level.
• Willing to work flexi-hours from time to time.
• Conduct all work according to required standards and specifications.

Qualifying Criteria:

• Grade 11 or equivalent qualification
• Basic Level : MQA Competency B Certificate; Relevant Qualifications, courses and licenses
• 1-3 years’ experience in a mining environment is essential and required
• Trackless Mining experience is essential and required
• Proficient in English and any other of the 11 official languages
• Applicant must possess good verbal communication skills
• South African Citizenship
• Clear Criminal Record

 Responsibilities: 

• Work a cycle or rotation of shifts
• Responsible for operating the Manitou
• Assist with and monitor preventative and breakdown maintenance during shift (fill up fuel, oil, lubrication, etc.)
• Be observant / vigilant when operating the Manitou carrying / or transporting equipment, assisting in installation of pipes (vent and water pipes etc.) and other related duties that are performed at heights
• Verify level of the machine using specified levels
• Ensure that the machine is in good operating order and report any faults and inconsistencies to Supervisor and Control Room
• Always take instructions from the Supervisor responsible for the area / work place
• Manage and maintain in area of responsibility in accordance with mine standards, procedures and practices

Qualifying Criteria:

• 1-2 years’ experience in Boilermaking in a mining or industrialized environment is essential and required

Responsibilities:

• Work a cycle or rotation of shifts
• Assist Artisan(s) in carrying out their duties efficiently by providing support and carrying tool box, hand tools and other equipment
• Maintain tools, equipment and safely keep hand tools
• Perform duties tasked to them and any other related duties within the Boilermaker Shop
• Responsible for good housekeeping in and around the working place
• Manage and maintain in area of responsibility in accordance with mine standards, procedures and practices

Qualifying Criteria:

• Grade 11 or equivalent qualification
• Relevant Trade Test from a recognised institution
• 4-6 years’ experience within a mining or industrial environment
• Trackless mining background will be an added advantage
• Expert knowledge of underground, surface and shaft installations
• Sound knowledge of fabrication skills and be able to interpret engineering fabrication and construction drawings
• Computer proficient (MS Excel)
• Must be physically fit and able to work on heights
• Proficient in English and any other of the 11 official languages
• Applicant must possess good verbal communication skills

 Responsibilities: 

• Work rotational shifts
• Quality Control and Support in Engineering / Boilermaking section
• Specialised knowledge to analyse and solve complex problems
• Inspect and repair all components of boilermaker systems and associated mechanical equipment
• Conduct all work according to required standards and specifications
• Ensure all boilermaking equipment is in good working order at all times
• Troubleshooting and detailed fault analysis
• Carrying out standard work place inspections and compliance checks and maintaining relevant procedures
• Assist in breakdowns when required
• Ensure that the correct safety equipment is worn at all times
• Manage and maintain in area of responsibility in accordance with mine standards, procedures and practices
