    Credit Controller

    The main responsibilities of the role include:

    • Take great pride in ensuring accurate records of all financial activity.
    • Ensure accurate customer payments, efficient invoicing, and balancing of accounts.
    • Reconcile month-end claims and statements.
    • Process all new credit applications.
    • Ensure precise and accurate credit checks on new customers.
    • Monitor RMAs – return authorizations.
    • Review validity of POD’s on our transporters site.
    • Work closely with our Sales team to ensure that each of our customers receives a brilliant experience.

    The experience we’re looking for:

    • Experience using Syspro ERP system preferable.
    • Computer literate in Microsoft Office with very good Microsoft Office Skills.
    • Any previous administration or data capturing experience is advantageous.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize workload.

    • Brings a positive and approachable attitude and is open to learning.
    • Is organised, systematic, works to a plan and gets “stuck in” to get the job done on time.

    Digitiser

    The main responsibilities of the role include: 

    • Digitising customer logos using Wilcom software to create bespoke garment branding that aligns with our high-quality standards.
    • Being mindful of any practicalities of embroidery that may impact the integrity of the garment and customer branding.
    • Actively engaging with relevant stakeholders around any branding limitations related to garment design, branding placement, or fabric composition while also suggesting practical alternatives that yield brilliant end results.

    The experience we’re looking for:

    • Proven experience in an embroidery production environment.
    • Detailed understanding of embroidery machine operation and limitations.
    • In-depth understanding of fabric behaviour relating to embroidery application.
    • Minimum 5 years proven experience on Wilcom Software.
    • Ability to communicate clearly in English with Customer Advisors and other relevant stakeholders.

    External Customer Advisor

    The individual best suited to this role will be required to:

    • Demonstrate the initiative and drive to forge strong customer partnerships.
    • Display the intelligence and communication skills needed to connect with individuals at every level of our customer’s business.
    • Think big, think laterally and continually look out for new opportunities with determination and persistence.
    • Understand each customer’s requirements, and proactively suggest solutions that meet their needs.
    • Always follow up, follow through and fulfil your commitments, always.
    • Spend a substantial amount of time travelling to call on customers, with Jonsson Workwear Centurion as your central location when needed.
