    Project Manager (Software)

    What you will be doing:

    • Oversee the entire software development process, from initial concept to delivery, ensuring smooth and timely execution.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders (product owners, developers, and testers) to ensure everyone is aligned on project goals.
    • Proactively manage and address project risks and issues, fostering clear and open communication.
    • Coordinate resources across multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and staying within budget.
    • Track progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
    • Ensure high-quality software by adhering to best practices in development and testing.
    • Continuously improve SDLC workflows, driving efficiency.
    • Keep comprehensive project documentation while ensuring compliance with organisational and regulatory standards.

    What you need:

    • A tertiary qualification would be beneficial.
    • Ideally 3 - 5 years managing software development projects with an understanding of SDLC processes.
    • Expertise with either PRINCE2 or PMP methodologies and hands-on SDLC experience, managing all phases from requirements gathering to maintenance.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders while guiding teams toward project goals.
    • Proven ability to handle multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges and ensure smooth execution.
    • Familiar with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, and software development tools like Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
    • Proficient in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace for effective project tracking and documentation.

    Admin Assistant (Temp)

    What you will be doing:

    • Provide essential administrative support to the Compliance Officer, helping ensure smooth client compliance with key legislation, this might include Popia and FIC Act.
    • Work closely with Legal Counsel and the Compliance Officer, actively contributing to the implementation of FIC Amendment Act requirements and maintaining a strong compliance culture.
    • Collaborate with the FICA Compliance Officer to support the business in applying the Risk Management and Compliance Program effectively.
    • Play a key role in introducing and implementing new and updated regulatory requirements, helping ensure the company remains compliant and up-to-date.

    What you need:

    • Strong admin and attention to detail ideally in either the legal or property space although a solid banking admin or book keeping background with a dynamic energy would be welcome
    • Basic knowledge of corporate compliance
    • Proficiency in Microsoft packages and strong online research skills.
    • Process-driven and analytical, with a high level of attention to detail.
    • Strong planning, organisational, and risk identification abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and ability to engage with stakeholders.
    • Ability to draw relevant insights and work well in a demanding team.
    • Resilient and a strong team player.
