    Bakeries KZN Cluster Finance Lead

    Responsibilities

    • What we’re looking for:This individual will act as the Finance Lead for the KZN Cluster, providing strategic finance business partnering and oversight of the site finance function. The individual ensures the sound financial health while supporting operational efficiency and long-term growth of the KZN Cluster.

    Accounatabilities:

    Site Security Supervisor - Parow CDC Snacks

    Responsibilities

    Site Supervisor

    The tasks of the Site Security Supervisor include and are not limited to the following:

    • In line with the Country broader strategy, implement the Site Security Plan to identify, assess andmitigate risks to PepsiCo’s associates, facilities, proprietary information, and brand/reputation.
    • Form part of the Site Crisis Management Team, with execution of security functions as part of theBusiness Continuity Plans of the premises.
    • Ensure that the premises is compliant with the Site security plan (technological ,Procedural,Manned guarding ,Architectural )

    • Manage the 3P Security Providers and evaluate their service on a monthly basis according to the setKPI’s.
    • Ensure the continued professional development of his/her security team, to include theidentification of suitable individuals in longer-term succession planning.

    • Report Incidents immediately to Line Manager and ensure compiling of reports according toSecurity Policies.
    • To review the recording of CCTV on a daily basis to ensure that there are no irregularities.
    • In conjunction with Control Room Co-ordinator provide the required evidence in the event of anysecurity incident and support EHS on any Safety Incidents evidence if and when required
