    Data Architect - JHB

    Qualifications / Certifications required:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and/or related field
    • Relevant certifications in MDM, data management and/or related areas - advantageous

    Experience required:

    • Minimum 10 years experience in data architecture roles
    • Demonstrated experienced in designing and implementing enterprise-level data management solutions
    • Relevant working experience in Banking / financial services
    • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and best practices.
    • Proficiency in data integration, data modeling and data warehousing.
    • Experienced with MDM tools and platforms (Informatica, IBM Infosphere, Talend)

    Responsibilities of role:

    MDM Solution Design and Implementation:

    • Design and implement robust MDM solutions to ensure accurate, consistent, and complete master data across the organisation
    • Develop and enforce data governance policies and standards

    Data Architecture:

    • Design and implement a scalable and flexible data fabric architecture to support seamless data integration, access, and management
    • Ensure data fabric solutions align with business goals and technology advancements

    Data Quality and Governance

    • Establish data quality frameworks and processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of master data
    • Collaborate with data stewards and business units to enforce data governance policies and procedures

    Integration and Interoperability:

    • Oversee the integration of MDM and data solutions with existing systems and applications
    • Ensure interoperability between various data sources and platforms

    Technical leadership:

    • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the data management team and other stakeholders
    • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in data management and architecture

    Project management:

    Qualifications / Certifications required:

    • We will consider a range of university degrees and professional qualifications in a relevant subject matter area. However, on top of this, candidates will be expected to demonstrate experience in client delivery across one or a number of sustainability reporting requirements.

    Experience required: 

    • Experience aligned with the outlined activities
    • Knowledge of asset managers, banks and insurers from working within the business or providing professional services consulting support to firms in the financial services sector.

    Conga CLM Developer

    Qualifications / Certifications required:

    • Relevant IT degree
    • CLM certifications / Salesforce developer certification.

    Experience required: 

    • 5+ years Salesforce development experience /Experience working on Conga CLM

    Finance-In Country Payroll

    Qualifications / Certifications required:

    • Grade 12 / Matric / Diploma

    Experience required:

    • Minimum 2 years experience in a payroll environment

    Responsibilities of role:

    • Receive and process salary input pertaining to various roles
    • Administer and process medical aid, provident fund and pension fund documentation for new appointments and terminations
    • Reconcile differences between CAMAF payments and billing
