This is an excellent opportunity to work within a professional consulting environment, providing expert quantity surveying services across diverse property development and construction projects.
    • As a registered professional, you will work on a varied portfolio of projects spanning both private and public sectors, offering comprehensive quantity surveying services from feasibility through to final account, while contributing to the growth and reputation of a respected consultancy practice.

    Requirements:

    • Sc (QS) qualification
    • Good standing with professional body
    • Current registration with SACQSP as a Professional Quantity Surveyor (Pr.QS)
    • Adherence to SACQSP Code of Conduct and professional standards
    • 15 – 20 years’ experience
    • Proficiency in quantity surveying software (CCS, BuildSmart, or similar)

This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage subcontractors, resources, and timelines effectively.

    Requirements:

    • BTech in Construction Management or similar
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Site Agent or Site Manager role within the building construction sector
    • Strong knowledge of building processes, SANS codes, and health & safety regulations
    • Proven ability to manage subcontractors, labour, and suppliers
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

    Job Description

    • A well-established company is looking for an experienced Operational Finance Manager with strong accounting expertise and the ability to lead financial operations, improve reporting accuracy, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will oversee core finance functions, guide budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance across all financial processes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including cashbook management, payroll review, GP analysis, and preparation of budgets, forecasts, and monthly flash results.

    • BCom Honours with completed articles.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial management.
