    Sage Specialist I - Sandton

    You will have the following:

    • BCom Degree or Diploma
    • 3 - 5 Years in a Sage/Systems Administration environment with Payroll and HR system supervisory experience.
    • Experience in African countries highly advantageous.
    • Experience in the mining environment highly advantageous

    You will have advanced skills and knowledge in:

    • Sage People 300 experience
    • Knowledge of Payroll and HR policies and procedures
    • System database construction understanding
    • All-round understanding of information systems

    Personal Competencies should include:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Patience to provide technical support 
    • interpersonal skills
    • Attention to detail 
    • Organizing and planning skills

    Sage Reporting Specialist - Sandton

    You will have the following:

    • BCom Degree or Diploma
    • 3-5 years in a Sage/Systems reporting environment with Payroll and HR experience 
    • Experience in African countries highly advantageous 
    • Experience in the mining environment highly advantageous 
    • Writing and consolidating of reports (mainly excel reporting) 
    • You will have advanced skills and knowledge in:
    • Sage People 300 report writing experience 
    • SQL  report writing experience 
    • Knowledge of Payroll and HR policies and procedures with regards to reports 
    • System database construction understanding 
    • All-round understanding of information systems

    Risk And Compliance Manager

    Requirements:

    • CA (SA), MBA or Law Degree with at least,
    • 5+ years’ experience in a compliance role position in a medium to large multinational firm with operations in South Africa, Africa and abroad.
    • Must come from a mining, construction, or similar industry experience.

    Your Key Performance Activities will include but not limited to: 

    Process: 

    • Develop and implement a compliance risk management process in line with generally accepted compliance practice.
    • Implement a compliance monitoring programmes to identify and improve areas of compliance weakness and to ensure that there are adequate controls in place.
    • Design and implement a regulatory universe and monitor and update when required.
    • Ensure that regulatory compliance in the Group gets the necessary attention it needs.
    • Develop a Group compliance framework which aligns to the Group risk management framework.
    • Design and lead a strong compliance culture in the business by effectively communicating to relevant stakeholders.
    • Conduct or direct the internal investigation of compliance issues.
    • Verify that all regulatory policies and procedures have been documented, implemented, and communicated.
    • Provide compliance assurance to the relevant management teams, group risk management committee, audit committee or social, ethics and risk committee

    Mine Planning Officer- Mokopane

    You will have the following:

    • Degree or National diploma in Mining Engineering, Mine survey, Mineral resource management or equivalent 
    • 2 years' experience in mine technical services department 
    • 2 years' experience in mine production in an underground massive mining or mechanized mining environment 

    You will have advanced skills and knowledge in: 

    • Proficiency in use of Microsoft packages (Excel. PowerPoint, Word)
    • Technical report writing 
    • Mine technical inputs (Basic rock engineering principles, basic Mine survey, Basic Geology, Ventilation and Engineering)
    • Mine layout interpretation
    • Reporting and presentation

    Mine Design And Scheduler - Mokopane

    You will have the following:

    • Degree or National diploma in Mining Engineering, Mineral resource management or equivalent 
    • Blasting certificate will be advantageous 
    • 12 years' experience in mine planning 
    • 3 years' experience in mine production in an underground massive mining or mechanized mining environment 

    You will have advanced skills and knowledge in: 

    • Proficiency in use of Mine planning packages (Deswik, Studio 5d Planner, MineRP, or similar)
    • Proficiency in use of Microsoft packages (excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    • Technical report writing 
    • Rock engineering principles
    • Mine technical inputs (basic rock engineering principles, Basic Mine survey, Basic Geology, Ventilation and Engineering)
    • Design and schedule
    • Block model interpretation 
    • Reporting and presentation
