    Management - SALES Graduate Program - Sandton, South Africa

    Job Description

    P&G has been proudly serving the consumer needs of South Africa since 1995 out of our locations in Sandton & our Plant in Spartan Kempton Park.     We are looking for driven, recently-graduated or soon-to-graduate individuals to join our Sales Graduate Program. The Sales Graduate Program will enable you to influence P&G's customer's decisions in critical business areas by using conceptual selling techniques and data-based presentations. This involves developing product ranging, shelving, pricing and promotion strategies, based on consumer shopping behavior insights. Graduates will be trained to Lead, Sell, and Win by designing business plans which will deliver sales & market share objectives and help customers develop programs which will build their business & ours.

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in good academic standing.
    • 0-3 years of experience.
    • Ability to conduct business in English fluently.
    • South African citizenship.

    Assistant Brand Manager - Brand Management

    Job Description

    Core Responsibilities

    • Lead and deliver the annual brand plan
    • Recommend investment and budget choices and manage brand budget
    • Deeply understand consumer behaviours, customers, competitors, influencers, markets & anticipate trends and recommend competitive response plans
    • Ensure on-time and relevant brand (incl. innovation) elements to win in the market place
    • Lead consistency of in-market execution of brand iconic assets (artwork, e-content, TV copy, POSM, etc.) across all touch-points
