Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Design of low voltage electrical networks, control circuits for Pump Stations and Conveyor Belts.
• Compilation of technical specification, design drawings, technical datasheets and Bill of Quantities.
• MCC circuit schematic designs.
• Low voltage cable sizing and cable route designs.
• Project coordination and management.
• Site supervision during construction of the electrical infrastructure.

Key Requirements

• B-Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 5 years' experience on Motor Control Centres, preferably gained in a consulting environment.
• Experience in low voltage equipment specification, with attention to developing detailed wiring diagrams, cable schedules and general arrangements drawings.
• Prior experience in electrical design of Waste Water Treatment Plants, Conveyor belts and Pump Stations.
• Candidate should be completely familiar with Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.
• The candidate is expected to be able to work independently and provide guidance to younger engineers.
• Commissioning experience of Low Voltage Motor Control Centers.
