Purpose:

Responding directly to the Sales and Operations Planning Manager, the Sales and Operation Planning Senior Analyst assists in the execution and achievement of the company's annual sales target (volume, price and turnover), along with the entire Operations team, liaising with Stock Management team, Supply, Planning and Customer Service areas and Commercial Team. In addition, the Sales and Operations Planning Analyst will assist in the short-term process, which include order management, inventory management and availability monitoring in relation to pre & post Sales.

Experience:

Essential:

• 2-3 years’ experience in planning processes, particularly focusing on Production Planning, S&OP process, Logistics, Customer Service or Sales Planning
• Experience in Food products import and export planning (Poultry an advantage)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree from reputable tertiary institution completed in : Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, National trade

Desirable:

MBA

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the elaboration of the monthly and weekly forecast, providing assertive analysis and sales forecast, as well as participating actively in the company's yearly budget process along with the Africa sales team and coordinating the process /flow of information.
• Assist in preparing monthly targets of Africa to submit to Brazil, based on the actual demand of markets - volume and price. Aligning information with the commercial team enabling them to make an assertive sales plan decision.
• Follow up with the Logistics Performance department, ensuring high levels of customer service.
• Supporting the commercial team to solve the problems with stock without sales and critical stocks.
• Prepare, analyze and guarantee the accuracy of the S&OP reports and supporting materials.
• From time-to-time, provide analytical reports as requested by Sales and Operations Planning Manager / Regional Sales Manager and other functional departments.
• Liaise frequently with BRF customer services, following up on orders/ shipments and BRF sales team and clients, providing daily information on orders and shipments status, ensuring the level of service to clients and pushing clients to send the documentation to release the orders to shipment.
• Monitor the incoming orders, manage the unblocked orders and map the risks in order to reach the monthly shipment target. Extract daily reports from SAP. Issuing Purchase Orders.
