We require the services of a Scrum Master for the Defence & Security division.

Minimum Requirements

• B.Sc. Computer Engineering)/ BTech Electronic Engineering
• 5+ years’ experience in Product Development

Remuneration will be based on experience level

• Familiarity with Scrum Agile processes

Key responsibilities

• Scrum Master will be the facilitator for the delivery teams that utilise Scrum as their development methodology.
• Make sure the Scrum team lives by the values and practices of Scrum.
• Help team to perform at their highest level.
• Remove impediments to progress.
• Facilitate SCRUM events (Daily stand up, Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog estimation)
• SCRUM Coaching
• Generate Scrum artefacts (Velocity and Burndown charts)
• Maintain Team Dynamics
• Foster team self-management and self-organisation.
