Job description

Can you tell when someone has got what it takes? Do you have the ability to pair the right person with the right job? The purpose of this role is to assist in the recruitment of new candidates for the Franchise Development Program, thus supporting the Franchise Owners by getting quality candidates that will grow their businesses.

You’ll be

• following recruitment procedures as per the Daily Deliberate Actions
• placing adverts
• using search engines, resources and networking in order to source candidates
• preparing documents
• screening and shortlisting candidates
• conducting interviews
• giving feedback to all candidates
• managing the candidate database
• innovating and implementing new research methods.
• You’ll need…
• 3 to 5 years’ experience within a secretarial or admin related role
• previous experience within HR / Recruitment
• advanced Computer Literacy in MS Office
• a degree or diploma (preferable).
