An opportunity exists at our offices in Claremont for a person with experience in Short Term personal lines in the motor industry.

The Insurance Operations co-ordinator will be expected to:

• Work with management to develop, to communicate and to monitor the implementation of operational objectives between campaign line managers - and it turn QA agents and Sales agents.
• Ensure Adherence to FAIS and legislative requirements by adherence to company policy, process and systems. Flag any non-conformance issues and recommend improvement to systems and process.
• Strive for customer service excellence by co-ordination and handling escalations relating to insurance queries, claims, disputes, underwriting, cancellations, the saving of policies, servicing of clients, re-instating and re-broking of policies.
• Provide regular reporting of key performance indicators, service levels and campaign performance.
• Problem solve and generate new ideas and help the company to grow to achieve progressive sales targets.

The ideal candidate will:

• Meet all requirements of Fit and Proper and have RE 5 and FAIS accreditation with relevant qualification.
• Strong administrative, communication skills and use of excel and reporting tools.
