Implementation and management of established marketing campaigns in all markets, including but not limited to: South Africa, Zambia, Malawi, Mozambique, Tanzania, Kenya, Cameroon, Ghana and Cote d’Ivoire.
Implementation of centrally developed Channel Partner Program, customized at country level – including distribution and retail focus.
Roll-out of various ‘tool-kits’ such as the retailer starter kit which focuses on providing the rural retailer with the required tools to sell Yara premium products, and crop focused commercial packs.
Track implementation of all campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing activities
Responsible to create a ‘brand culture’ throughout Africa
Compile concise monthly marketing reports for management team.
Full oversight of BU Africa marketing budgets and responsible for the central budget
“Dotted line” management of the Marketing teams at country level to support the Country Manager.
Outcome focused marketing implementation
Profile
Degree in Marketing or similar field essential
Proven track record of managing and leading diverse teams
10 years + experience in a management position within marketing
Proven track record of successful campaign/project implementation
Retail/FMCG background preferable
Digital Marketing experience required
MBA or Commercial degree will be an added advantage
