The Senior Sales Energy Consultants will be at the forefront of delivering on our B2B and B2C expansion objectives. The role is best suited to target driven candidates that possess an advanced technical acumen and a strong desire to achieve in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Differentiate the quality of Enel products and services from the competition through face to face presentations and demonstrations
- Seek new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting and extensive networking
- Connect with and influence high level decision makers (Business owners and property Managers)
- Adopt a consultative business approach through the assessment of customer’s energy needs and facilitate on appropriate solutions to these needs
- Report back weekly on the evolution of assigned leads and competitor activities
- Manage a sales territory in order to proficiently generate leads and exceed sales targets
- Effectively negotiate and close sales deals to drive profitability and market share
- Schedule all appointments with pre-qualified leads, manage associated tasks and follow-up appointments in a professional manner
- Compile site evaluation forms and prepare sales proposals/quotations to present back to clients timeously
- Handle customer complaints and questions in coalition with the customer service team
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years technical sales experience preferred. Solar industry or home automation experience would be highly advantageous.
- Ability to connect with decision makers and build long standing relationships
- Must possess a high level of enthusiasm, energy and desire to be successful
- Must be organised and able to manage time effectively to drive productivity
- Be able to interpret technical data accurately and deliver exceptional customer service
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Above average verbal and written communication skills
- Familiar with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools
- Own vehicle with a valid code B driver’s license
Position Type: Contract (12 Months) possibly renewable based on performance
