DIVISION : SUPPLIER DEVEVLOPMENT

DEPARTMENT : PURCHASING

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Deployment of alliance quality systems & process at suppliers
• Deployment of Nissan-Renault quality targets at suppliers
• Ensure that supplier compliance to alliance customer specific requirement and procedures
• Continuous supplier improvement through planned supplier evaluation for new models (H60A)
• Promotion of self development by obtaining & maintaining ASES & MZ evaluation status

MAJOR ACTIVITIES

• (ANPQP) deployment to supplier
• Global quality assurance policy, deployment to supplier
• Deployment and routine performance evaluation & issuance of supplier score card (SSC) report to supplier
• Quality target setting for each supplier
• Execution of the ASES rank up activity to achieve supplier approval for sourcing – based on action plans on audit findings
• Information management system/ database development and maintenance
• Report to PPPM (purchasing project progress meeting- new model) about progress/results of activities
• Deployment of GSQM activity to related parties and implementation
• Report to TMM and PRM about supplier quality performance and quality improvement

CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE

• Knowledge of industrial/ production engineering concepts
• Knowledge of production part approval process
• Knowledge of ISO/TSI16949 & AIAG requirements
• Supplier audits: process audits, product audits, systems audits
• PPAP – production part approval procedure
• APQP/ANPQP
• Drawing interpretation & dimensional analysis
• Root cause analysis: QC tools/QC story

QUALIFICATIONS

• NQF 6 / Engineering Diploma (m+3)
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in Automotive industry (QA & process engineering experience preferable)
