    Key Responsibilities:

    After the completion of a comprehensive training period offered by Mango5, successful candidates are expected to possess the following skills:

    • Review resumes and give constructive feedback via 10–15-minute video reviews.
    • Guide job seekers in writing accomplishment-based bullet points and incorporating job-specific keywords.
    • Make notes for job seekers as needed
    • Submit videos for QA review and make any necessary corrections
    • Tailoring reviews to address client concerns and meet target position requisitions

    Desired Skills:

    • Strong command of language and vocabulary.
    • Clear and concise writing.
    • Excellent grammar and spelling.
    • Detail-oriented.
    • Innovative and creative.
    • Proficient in research and verbal content review.
    • Adaptable writing for diverse client needs.
    • Keen ability to analyse and synthesize complex information.

    Requirements:

    • Matric or NQF Level 4 equivalent (required)
    • A formal qualification in Linguistics, English, Journalism, or a related field (Advantageous)
    • 1 + years of working experience in a professional writing and editing environment (desired)
    • Experience with resume writing and formatting (Advantageous)
    • Experience with keyword identification/SEO optimisation (highly advantageous)
    • Aptitude to accurately review and edit documents
    • Proficiency with Google Docs
    • Experience with quality assurance processes (highly advantageous)
    • Previous experience in Target-Driven Environments

As a key member of our Facilities team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office through your exceptional organizational skills and proactive mindset.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    FRONT OFFICE OPERATIONS:

    • Manage the switchboard efficiently, handling incoming calls and communications with finesse.
    • Extend a warm welcome to visitors, staff, suppliers, and contractors, providing them with a professional reception experience.
    • Coordinate room bookings for meetings and training sessions, ensuring all arrangements are in place.

    ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT:

    • Perform various administrative tasks including photocopying, scanning, and filing.
    • Manage correspondence promptly, ensuring information reaches the relevant staff members.
    • Keep track of schedules and deadlines for our management team, assisting in their smooth operation.

    LOGISTICS AND COORDINATION:

    • Efficiently manage staff transportation, ensuring cost efficiency and timely routing.
    • Keep clients informed of any transport updates to maintain service reliability.
    • Handle transportation-related issues promptly and effectively to ensure service quality.

    FACILITY MANAGEMENT:

    • Coordinate with the head of facilities to maintain the building and equipment.
    • Manage stock control and assist in organizing staff events and functions.
    • Manage night shift cleaning staff and distribution of their stock.
    • Manage vending machines & control of vending tags.
    • Arrange building and office access.
    • Liaise with suppliers and contractors for office/equipment repairs.

    EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
    • Background in Transport and Logistics Management advantageous.
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in Office Management or as an Office Administrator.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Clear criminal record.
