• Experienced Management Consultant

• As an experienced consultant at a senior level you will be expected to:

• Be dedicated to exceeding clients expectations
• In particular we a looking for individuals who have a strong track record in the areas of:
• Operating Model design and implementation
• Change Management
• Business process re-engineering
• Lean
• Continuous Improvement
• Leadership Development and Organisational Development
• Sustainability (socio-economic / community development)

Minimum Qualifications and Experience - MUST have:

• An undergraduate degree, postgraduate qualification highly recommended
• 5 years relevant experience with at least 3 years in Management Consulting
• Proven track record of client engagement at Middle and Senior Management Level
• Advantageous to have experience in the Financial Services, Telecommunications, Petrochemical and Mining industries
