The Extended Consultants Network seeks talented Consultants in various specialist areas to join our team in Associate Roles on an “as and when required basis”, based in our Johannesburg and Cape Town offices to help us provide services such as strategic decision-making to investment portfolio optimisation; mining studies; mineral process studies; transportation; ports, marine terminals and coastal engineering and management; environmental and social services; waste management services; energy and power advisory; master planning and geotechnical sciences.

Associates may be considered for engagement to Advisian SSA if they comply with the following criteria:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications;
• Post Graduate Management course preferable (for Management consulting roles);
• Professional Registration with relevant Engineering Institution/Professional Body;
• Significant industry experience: A recognized expert within their profession who has significant experience in the relevant specialized business areas and/or consulting and an established profile in the relevant markets and industries;
• Typically 15+ years’ experience;
• Worked in a consulting environment;
• Excellent analytical and research skills, attention to details, intellectual rigor;
• Demonstrated high-level verbal and written communication skills (including report writing);
• Willing to undertake international assignments; and
• Available for “as and when” engagements.
