    Financial Services Representative

    Job description

    Opportunity for Financial Services Representatives (Sales) in Johannesburg, Berfordview/Germiston or Pretoria.

    NON- NEGOTIABLES:

    • Financial experience a must.
    • BCOM / Finance or Accounting degree or diploma.
    • The role requires a minimum of 3 years plus sales experience.
    • Business to business sales experience a must.

    POSITION DESCRIPTION

    • Looks after the entire relationship with the company’s most important clients
    • Maintain and develop existing client relationships
    • Looks after all commercial communications with existing clients.
    • Upsell and cross sell to clients assigned by the company
    • Drive new business initiatives in region to stimulate business growth, moving every opportunity through each stage, tracking results and client feedback
    • Drives monthly sales targets with new and existing customers
    • Includes prospecting, scheduling appointments, presenting, gathering client insight, developing proposals, overcoming objections, and closing the deal.

    DUTIES

    • Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on boarding of new customers.
    • Responsible for the development and achievement of sales from new and existing customers.
    • Achieve sales targets from new and existing customers.
    • Ensure that the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
    • Responsible for customer centricity.
    • Interface between customers and all other divisions.
    • Keep abreast of competitors, industries that our customers operate on, market trends etc.
    • Ensure that your product and system knowledge is updated on a regular basis.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Hardworking individual with a drive for success.
    • Highly motivated, organised and self-driven with a proven sales track record.
    • Excellent selling, communication & negotiation skills
    • Critical to build relationships with clients and understand their financial needs.
    • Keeping abreast with industry trends, products, price & sales.
    • Financial experience a must.
    • BCOM / Finance or Accounting degree or diploma.
    • The role requires a minimum of 3 years plus sales experience.
    • Business to business sales experience a must.
    • Valid driver’s License and vehicle required.
