Job description

Requirements:

• Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 - Compulsory
• National Diploma in Management of Civil Engineering Construction Process
• More than 10 years' experience in a related role, of which 7 should have been at a Supervisory level or experience in the functional / specialist area of Large Building works
• Experience in Technical, Programming and Structures
• Experience in building all controlled layers
• Experience in Greenfields works would be advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Developing integrated construction project execution plans and programmes and optimize work and resource schedule
• Monitoring and controlling construction assets, resources and processes according to project plans
• Managing construction teams
• Planning organizing and controlling site activities and monitoring, reviewing and reporting construction work progress
• Daily cost monitoring and management
• SHEQ Management
• Human Resource Management
