Job description

Requirements
- Higher Education (Degree, Diploma or Tertiary IT Course).
- Minimum 1-years’ IT support experience (ideally in travel technology or travel company).
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, IIS Server, SQL Server & Microsoft Operating Systems & Applications essential.
- Basic understanding of system architecture.
- Knowledge of HTML, XML & Web Services all advantageous.
- Knowledge of Tourplan and accounts a distinct advantage.
- Excellent Relationship & Staff Management Skills.
Job Description
- Providing first line support to clients.
- Maintaining & displaying client satisfaction with help desk and support service levels.
- Meeting of set performance targets and turn-a-round times (both individual targets and team targets).
- Client implementations, installations and upgrades.
Remuneration:

Salary: ZAR 120k – 240k per annum cost to company depending on skills/experience.
