    Sales Manager, EMEA

    Job description

    Description

    • As a senior member of the Flow Software team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all sales, business development and marketing activities in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
    • You will manage and grow relationships with, and between, our Distributor Partners, System Integrator Partners and Customers. Together with our partners, you will manage a combination of smaller “land and expand” opportunities as well as larger, more strategic opportunities.

    Responsibilities

    •  Define and execute sales plans for your territory (new, upgrade and renewal sales)
    •  Meet and exceed sales targets for your territory
    •  Develop, maintain and report the sales pipeline by location and Partner
    •  Develop new sales and marketing material to be shared with Partners
    •  Grow Partners’ knowledge and skill level to extend our sales “team”
    •  Identify and assist Partners’ requiring additional sales support
    •  Oversee the ongoing annual license renewal process
    •  Assist Sales Managers in other territories as and when required
    •  Travel to Partner and Customer locations in support of sales efforts
    •  Collaborate with Product Management to enhance and improve the Flow Software offering

    Attributes

     Experience 

    5 to 10 years of software sales experience in the industrial data and analytics field

     Performance

    Consistent overachievement of sales goals (you’re a “closer”)

     Communication

    communication skills, both written and verbal. Exceptional use of presentation tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.). Exceptional product demonstrator and presenter.
     Go-getterExceptional – Willing to go the extra mile. Strong work ethic. Self-directed. Self-motivated.
