Degree in Life Science, Business Management or related field
Minimum of 3-5 years’ hands-on experience in market access within the biopharmaceuticals industry (part of experience may include time in relevant consulting, HTA agency and/or direct payer experience)
Strong technical understanding of market access issues, with hands-on experience in country, and demonstrable track record
Intimate knowledge of legal framework for pharmaceutical industry and code of conduct
or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Preferred
Prior experience in market access within rare diseases
Higher level degree/MBA, MPA, MPH and/or post graduate education in healthcare administration or health economics
Ability to influence and persuade both internal and external stakeholders
Internal and external networking
Ability to proactively face and solve potential or actual problems
Co-operation and teamwork
Good planning and monitoring skills
Technical skills of pharmaeconomics and of health system and HTA budgeting
Good internal and external communicator
Ability to deal with complexity
