    Space Management Lead, AMET Space Management

    Description

    • Space management is key for all the aspects of operational success including safety, quality and productivity at FCs. We have a single-threaded leader (Regional Space Manager) along with one Space Management Lead in each of the five countries to standardize and improve our space management strategy in the region.
    • The team of AMET Space Management will lead the continuous improvement initiative and take care all the KTLO (Keep The Lights On) configuration changes for any space management related topics.

    • Partner closely with Product Managers, Tech, and Engineering to prioritize, design, and deliver features across fulfilment.
    • Own launch readiness, adoption plans, and post-launch performance tracking.

    • Act as a single-threaded owner for 3P fulfilment ops excellence across multiple stakeholders.
    • Influence without authority across Operations, Product, Tech, Seller Experience, and regional/global teams.

    Basic Qualifications

    • 4+ years of team management experience
    • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
    • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field (in lieu of a degree relevant work experience)
    • 7+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or operational excellence roles
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action

That will involve helping with pre-shift meetings with your team and monitoring procedures to make sure everyone is following safety rules, quality processes, and the priority plan for the day.
    • You’ll escalate any issues you spot to your manager, but sometimes you’ll be the most senior person on shift and will give people the direction they need to complete their tasks.
    • At other times, you’ll support your Shift/Area Manager in planning shifts to make sure you have enough team members working during peak times.
