Job summary

We are currently seeking an ambitious Web Account Manager to work alongside our Perth, Sydney and Cape Town based senior account management team in offering the best service for these clients in these areas:

• Digital
• Brand
• Website UX recommendations

Working in a digital environment you’ll be responsible for:

• Monthly client reporting
• Customer service
• Providing strategic recommendations to clients
• Managing expectations
• Previous agency background is a bonus (not essential)
• Sales

RequirementsWe are looking for someone who:

• Is well versed in digital media (training will be provided)
• Can show us their recent successes in customer service/account management and sales
• Has an understanding of Google analytics, SEO, AdWords, online marketing, branding and website UX
• Has the ability to think on their feet and diplomatically troubleshoot
• Is a hard working team player
• Demonstrated passion for working in a high achievement, ROI-oriented team advantageous
• Is driven by targets and ready to pick up the telephone!
