Understand 10X Investments strategic and competitive positioning and deliver client services that are recognized as best in the industry.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients at HR, Manco and trustee level
Proactively approach and develop relationships with new corporate clients at HR, Manco and trustee level
Ensure high retention rate of assets from members exiting our corporate clients
Successfully cross-sell 10X retail products to 10X corporate clients
Gain new retail clients from non-10X corporate clients and implement 10X default Preservation and Living Annuity options at non-10X corporate clients
Work closely with 10X Investment’s marketing team and clients to co-ordinate regular events for 10X and non-10X corporates
Prepare a weekly report on the impact of your initiatives on a weekly basis to the Managing Director of Retail

You possess excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical communication abilities
You possess excellent written and oral communication skills and have experience communicating across a variety of mediums; group presentations, individual presentations, over the phone and via email
You are able to confidently present to a wide array of personalities and professional levels; from the CEO to the cleaner; and can competently prepare presentations
You are professional, and a strong brand ambassador for 10X Investments
Client first mentality, focussed on delivering a WOW client experience no matter what the opportunity or challenge
Obsessed by detail, and meticulate in recording all client information and updates to ensure first class relationship management
Knowledge of investment and wealth management strategies, supplemented by a passion and flair for passive investment strategies
Analytical – not afraid of financial analysis, and comfortable discussing numbers
Market Research, you know our market, customers and competition better than anyone, and you’re strong at integrating this information into your customer relationship strategies
Ability to both lead and collaborate
High energy, positive and proactive attitude and proven track record of high achievements

Qualifying Criteria
4+ years of relationship management experience in financial services (corporate exposure preferred), with strong performance track record
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Economics, Business, Financial Management, Investments etc.) from an accredited University
