    Fixed Asset Administrator

    Job description

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    • To provide administative assistance to the Fixed Asset Buyer and Sales Support Team with regards to placement of orders and following up on orders.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    •  Create/place orders correctly on SmartStream System.
    •  Sent orders to suppliers.
    •  Despatching of non-merchandising stock (promotion items etc.)
    •  Handle enquiries on a daily basis
    •  Orders are followed up with suppliers/distribution company
    •  General administration (filing)

    JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS

    •  Grade 12
    •  Computer Literacy (MS Office, excel)
    •  Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative position
    •  Competencies required: Detailed Orientated, Good Communicator; Confident; Planning, Organizing and Control;
    •  Stress Tolerance; Building and Maintaining Relationships, Self motivator and a Team Player.
