Transformation Product Manager at LabourNet

Qualification & Experience:

• B-degree or similar in Human Resources or similar field
• B-BBEE related qualification
• MBA advantages
• 5 Years’ experience within a consulting firm developing product on a senior level

Duties & Responsibilities:

• The Transformation Product Manager is responsible for supporting the design, development, and execution of strategies to drive the performance of the transformation products within LabourNet
• The ideal candidate is excited by the idea of building new products, features and services, as well as enhancing our current offerings. This position requires collaboration with Regional Managers, HR Consultant Managers and consultants
• The Ideal Candidate should be comfortable with ambiguity with a desire to create, iterate and improve.
• Identify opportunities to create new and forward-compatible products, services and experiences for LabourNet Clients
• Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of new and enhanced value propositions for LabourNet Clients
• Lead efforts to better understand the competitive landscape with respect to product offerings, business strategies, client experience drivers, etc.
