What You’ll Do

• Coordinating with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles.
• Searching for potential hires through resume databases and portfolio sites
• Sourcing potential candidates on social media and reaching out to prospects via email or phone
• Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude
• Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility

What We’re Looking For

• BS degree in Human Resources qualification or related field
• Proven work experience (3yrs +) as a Recruiter in the Retail and Engineering industries
• Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
• Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
• Excellent communication skills to interact with candidates and internal teams
• Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
• Familiarity with online and offline sourcing techniques and systems
• Strong decision-making skills
