Customer Service Advisor at Core Group

Job description

Core Group is looking for a Customer Service Advisor in Granger bay. If you are a dynamic individual who is customer orientated, have cellular experience and meticulous with your admin this could be the opportunity for you.
Responsible for receiving and dispatching of all repairs. This includes logging and managing collections from customers including follow ups. Invoice repairs and service centre bank reconciliation. Daily accountability of repairs made ready for collections and not collected.

Key responsibilities

• Open Jobs and send reference number to the customer
• Log & follow-up on outstanding collections
• Excellent customer service & professionalism
• Assist with call handling
• Invoicing daily
• Check all parcels delivered
• Allocate repairs to appropriate technicians
• Conditioning of units on receipt
• Capturing all waybills & maintaining dispatch records
• Ensure that all POD’s are filed within 24 hours of dispatch
• Order stationery & ensure that packaging is always available
• Adhere to all policies & procedures
• Ensure that all administrative duties are done such as filing & collects registers
