Requirements:

• Drive allocated projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
• Effectively communicate progress to line manager and business managers
• Highlight areas of concern within projects and facilitate decision making
• Coordinate with external departments to ensure timely delivery
• Be able to develop written business cases for presentation to senior management
• Make recommendation and highlight key business issues
• Analyze the different business lines reports to identify problem areas
• Coordinate BSC reporting and Market KPI Reporting
• Implement quality strategies
• Develop reporting tools to control processes
• Ability to analyze to support core departmental reporting
• Investigate data on behalf of management to identify trends
• Analyze data to ensure accurate reporting
• Develop new reports to highlight important trends
• Drive Efficient Dynamics principles throughout business
• Align business processes and technical solutions to obtain efficiencies

Desired Skills and Experience

• B.Com Degree
• A detailed understanding of the retail finance industry and/or motor industry
• BPM, software project management and 6 Sigma experience will be advantageous
• Above-average analytical skills and structured root cause analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
