Job description
FEKO which is used extensively in the automotive and aeronautical industries. FEKO is a sophisticated electromagnetic simulation product with a large international customer base. It is important to ensure that the software is of high quality in terms of the interface, accuracy and performance. Keeping up with all the changes in hardware, software and functionality requires excellent quality control processes that include benchmarks, automated testing systems, malicious testing and feature verification. We are looking for an enthusiastic software integrity engineer to join our dynamic development team.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform quality assurance checks on software features and bug fixes
Develop test plans
Implement automated test scripts
Manage software builds, build tools and support systems
MINIMUM CRITERIA
BSc Computer Science or BEng (Electronics / Computers)
General knowledge of programming languages and scripting environments
ADVANTAGEOUS
Multiplatform (Windows & Linux) experience
Python, Lua, JavaScript and HTML
Industrial experience in quality assurance for large software projects
Knowledge in CEM (computational electromagnetics)
Test driven development
3D CAD modelling
MSc Computer Science/MEng
