    Ecommerce Manager

    Job description

    Job Purpose

    • To manage customer acquisition and retention via a portflio of digital channels and products in order to meet customer requirements profitably; in line with the bank's strategy to be the leading Digital Financial Services Provider .
    • Responsibilities/ Job Functions
    • Digital marketing strategy design, implementation and tracking;
    • Content Management, including Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine
    • Markeing (SEM) strategy development, implementation, analysis and tracking including Key Work strategy;
    • Social Media Marketing (SMM) strategy development, implement, analysis and tracking;
    • Digital lead and sales funnel optimisation, including contact centre response times and SLAs;
    • Lead and Sales tracking and reporting;
    • Budgeting and financial analysis e.g. ROI / Profitability and business casing.

    • Exposure in managing Agile autonomous teams.
