• Proven work experience as an administrator (3 years or more)
• Familiarity with accounts and the basics of finance
• Highly motivated
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• BS/BA degree or equivalent

• Specific experience debt collection
• Excellent references
• Some accounting qualifications
