JOB FUNCTION

Your role

• As Financial Manager, you will be the financial leader of VKB Financial Services, owning everything from strategic planning and financial analysis to operational oversight and compliance. This is a high-impact role where your insights will directly influence business performance and growth strategy.
• You will be part of an energetic leadership team, working closely with operational heads to drive efficiencies, identify opportunities, and strengthen our market position.
• The Financial Manager will be responsible for leading financial strategy and operations across Finance and Insurance divisions, including budgeting, profitability analysis, and financial reporting to senior management and the board.

Required Qualifications and Experience
