Duties and responsibilities:
Perform Proactive Maintenance and Uptime Maximisation
Ensure Accurate Asset Tracking and Logging
Technical Support on Windows, Office, ERP, Hardware, Servers, Databases, Networks
Updating ITIL Documentation and Asset Registers
Address Production Orientated IT Issues
Proactive IT Maintenance, patches, upgrades, security
Produce code fixes to reported bugs and defects and extend existing application
functionality based on user requirements
Manage a task list of on-going bug and enhancement work, pro-actively providin feedback
Work, communicate and integrate effectively with the other members of the team
Demonstrate knowledge of C# (Framework 4.0), Object Orientated Programming, structured code design and WinForms based application development
Work with non-IT technical users to understand requirements, identifying problem and providing solutions in a timely manner
Provide regular progress reports.
Must have full knowledge and should be able to adhere and implement the Software development Life Cycle
Should be updated with the latest trends and technologies
Create proper documents and reports

To undertake coding and systems maintenance tasks in support of in-house ERP developed system
Investigate and report on bugs and issues found in the live environment
