KEY OUTPUTS:
- Implement policies and procedures, related to Remuneration, Benefits and Systems
- Manage the administration related to recruitment and employee benefits
- Manage and report on payroll/headcount budgets
- Plan and facilitate system migration from VIP to SAP
- Manage and coordinate Payroll monthly and weekly
- Ensure that the company complies with legal requirements and best practice
- Align Human Resources strategy to Remuneration, Benefits, Systems and Reporting
- Analyze remuneration surveys and recommends changes to salary structures and fringe benefits
- Be the key interface between Finance, IT, Payroll and Human Resources
- Manage leave policy and ensure compliance in line with policy
- Compile statistical reports concerning employee related data as and when required by business
- Ensure relevant tools (systems, templates, processes) are in place.
- Manage the administration function related to HR systems and Payroll processes
EXPERIENCE & KEY SELECTION CRITERIA :
- 6 - 8 years’ experience in a HR portfolio (Remuneration- Specialist / Systems- Payroll Management roles)
- In depth knowledge of HR Information Systems
- Knowledge of local and multinational remuneration and benefits at all levels
- Independent understanding of SAP – worked as a SAP Super User – non negotiable
- Knowledge and understanding of tax and legislation
- Change Management experience is beneficial
