Requirements

• Experienced industrial property brokers/consultants required for select industrial areas
• The ideal candidate(s) will preferably have experience within the relevant areas and preferably an existing client and stock base.
• Will suit driven, ambitious individuals with the necessary skills to operate within a target driven and competitive environment.
• This is a commission based position but with exceptional earning potential and generous commmission splits.
• Enjoy being part of a growing, dynamic team.
• Preference will be given to full status agents who have passed the PDE exam and currently have a valid fidelity fund certificate however this is not a prerequisitecu.
• We provide full back-up and infrastructure including admininstrative, marketing, and canvassing support.
