    Networking & Voice Technician

    Job description

    Primary job functions

    • Install and maintain Avaya IP Office and peripheral devices/applications.
    • Training on use of the Avaya system
    • VoIP setup, fault finding
    • Hosted PBX user setups
    • Training on the use of Hosted PBX
    • Network setup
    • Network fault finding
    • Mikrotik setups
    • Monitor helpdesk and provide continuous feedback tour clients
    • Log calls with 3rd party providers when applicable, and track call tresolution
