Required Skill:
- Hands on Administration experience for FMW product suites SOA, Webcenter, Oracle Identity & Access Management Suites on 11.x
- Strong administration knowledge in Weblogic 11g.
- 6 to 10 years experience in Installation, upgrade, migration and Administration skill in Fusion Middleware product suites 11.x/ 12c.
- Implementation experiences on these products will be an added advantage.
- Awareness of upcoming product eCapture, OFR, BAM will be a plus
- Knowledge of Oracle 10g/11g database
- Handle high profile issues and escalations as well as resolve complex production problems
- Perform Tier II detection, analysis, debugging, and break/fix tasks for production anomalies or system issues.
- Release management support for application implementation, installs, data migrations, and system software upgrades.
- Should be able to perform data analysis tasks, validation/reconciliation tasks, create/maintain data dictionaries, perform gap analysis, and mitigate data integrity issues.
- Attend to global customer requests and technical issues coming via email, Remedy ticketing system or 24/7 oncall-pager for Hyperion application modules.
- Work experience in production support environment is a MUST and with ability to work in a 24x7 environment.
- Must have worked in any one Unix/Linux platform. Windows exposure will be an advantage.
